As Host Country Design Manager, I was responsible, together with the FIFA brand and the HC brand team, for the conceptual and creative direction of the official brand of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, which was developed with our guidance by Unlock-Brands. In addition, I was also involved in the creative process and coordination of the Official Poster and the Official Mascot development.

I also led the in-house design team and contracted agencies on all projects regarding the Host Country design and brand implementation, including all brand approvals. My team was furthermore servicing more than 40 functional areas, developing artworks for city dressing, event promotion, campaigns, accreditation, catering, accommodation, host country media center, arrivals and departures, ticketing, mobility, maps, and many more.

Cosmote E-value, a member of the OTE Group the largest technology company in Greece, has been active in providing integrated Contact Center services since 1999. In 2017 the company relocated its headquarters to a fully renovated 5-story building complex in Kerameikos, Athens, accommodating 1,200 shift workers daily.

Given the audience and the particular characteristics of the two buildings that make up the complex, we developed a comprehensive, clear, and consistent system inspired by the myth of Ariadne, which provides the user with the necessary information for orientation, while at the same time complementing the aesthetics of the space. The buildings took their name from the two ancient neighbourhoods of Kerameikos, while a visual system of geometric-linear shapes was designed to support the “coding” of each floor.

The exhibition is organized by the German Sports Aid Foundation (Deutsche Sporthilfe). The challenge was to create a fully flexible display system for this traveling exhibition and a playful, sophisticated visual and tactile experience for the visitor. For this show, we created the visual concept, layout, and interface design for all applications contained within the “flight case” display systems: the athletes’ life-size pop-ups, the archive cards containing all of the 75 athletes’ history and information, the magazine display, and the interactive game application.

This project was done in collaboration with Echo – kommunikation im raum (project management & architectural design) and formfellows Kommunikations-Design in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

As Senior Design Manager, I led the creative direction of the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025™ tournament brand on behalf of the Local Organising Committee, collaborating closely with the FIFA brand team. The visual identity of the tournament was developed by the creative agency Works in Leeds.

I also managed the in-house design team and external agencies, overseeing all brand implementation and approvals. My team supported over 25 functional areas, creating designs and assets for city dressing, event promotion, campaigns, accreditation, catering, accommodation, arrivals and departures, ticketing, transportation, maps, and more.

The FIFA Arab Cup is an international association football competition organized for the first time in 2021 and contested by the senior men’s national teams of the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA), the sport’s governing body for countries in the Arab world.

For the 2025 edition, I led the in-house design team in redesigning the brand language, enhancing its impact and modernizing its visual identity.

As Senior Brand Manager of the Local Organising Committee, I was in charge of all brand and design deliverables related to the tournament. In addition, my team serviced all functional areas and tournament projects of the Arab Cup, including but not limited to city dressing, event promotion, ticketing, accreditation, transportation, maps, signage, fan engagement, arrivals and departures, and many more.

Exhibition and Logotype design for the “160 Years Made in Greece”, a historical exhibition highlighting the country’s industrial development during the period 1860–1970 and its evolution until today. The logotype comprises five fragments that complement each other, forming the phrase “Made in Greece.”

Inspired by the historical exhibits, four fonts were designed and combined with the contemporary Greek font Atypical, thus covering the entire timespan of the exhibition and highlighting its historical dimension. The animated version of the logotype portrays the process of strolling through the show and discovering the exhibits.

The AFC Asian Cup is the premier football competition for senior men’s national teams of the Asian Football Confederation, determining the continental champion of Asia.

As Senior Brand Manager, I led the creative development of the tournament’s visual identity for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™, on behalf of the Local Organising Committee. The brand identity itself was delivered by the London-based studio Polymath.

I also led the in-house team responsible for all brand and design deliverables across the tournament. Our work supported every functional area and project, including city dressing, event promotion, ticketing, accreditation, transportation, maps, signage, fan engagement, arrivals and departures, and more. With over 1.5 million tickets sold, the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ became the most successful edition in the tournament’s history.
